In view of the weakness witnessed in the educational aspect of developing countries, and the weakness of resources in universities that create an effective educational atmosphere, we have decided to take the initiative to establish a control laboratory in Electrical Engineering Department. This project will be a solid ground for preparing students and making them practically empowered by the science they have practised. Through this project, we will equip the laboratory with necessary equipment for the teaching process, so that students can conduct practical training of the various courses and graduation projects.
- This project aims to develop the educational environment by providing engineering students with practical and professional skills to enable them to contribute actively to the social and economic development of their families and community.
- Enabling successive generations of engineering college students to acquire practical, applied and professional skills in the disciplines of Computer, Communication, Control, and Electrical Eengineering, to qualify them to excel in their careers in light of modern scientific changes.
- Enabling students to excel in their academic performance by enhancing their ability to benefit from research and practical skills.
- Providing students with qualifications and skills that enable them to obtain employment opportunities after graduation and serve their community by assisting them acquire more modern practical skills.
- Obsolescence and degradation of available devices due to continuous use for many years.
- The need to link practical applications of courses to their theoretical aspects.
- Large parts of devices and hardware are malfunctioned due to frequent breakdowns.
- The need to bridge the deficit in laboratory devices as they are insufficient to meet the needs of students carrying out their graduation projects.
Project Beneficiaries:
- Students of Engineering faculties.
- Local community.
- Workers in universities, including academicians and researchers.
