Some institutions pay considerable attention to serving students with disabilities through special centers for helping persons with hearing, visual, and movement impairments. This category of people face serious difficulty in continuing their university studies due to their inability to work and their families’ preference to educate other family members over them due to the lack of finance. This project aims to provide assistance and financial guarantees to cover tuition fees for poor students with disabilities who are studying in different specializations, so as to enable them to continue studying, integrate them into their community and alleviate the burden on their families.
